Terms of Service

The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By entering the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult material is lawful where you are. We may remove any account where we have reason to doubt this, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Sex Events provides a technical platform on which third parties publish their own listings. We do not organise, host, run, control, curate, verify, endorse, sponsor, or attend any event listed here, and we are never a party to any agreement, transaction or arrangement between an organiser and a guest.

All listings, images, descriptions, house rules, prices, addresses and messages are user generated content, created and published by users on their own responsibility. We do not pre-screen content and we make no representation that any listing is accurate, current, lawful, safe or suitable.

By publishing a listing you warrant, on every occasion and for every listing, that:

• you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these terms;
• you own or hold all necessary rights, licences and permissions to publish every element of the listing, including all text, images and video;
• every person depicted in or identifiable from your content is an adult aged 18 or over who has given informed, documented consent to the use of their image;
• the event as described is lawful in the jurisdiction where it takes place, and you hold every permit, licence, registration and insurance the law requires;
• you comply with all applicable law, including criminal law, public order rules, safety and hygiene rules, consumer law, tax law and data protection law;
• the information you publish is accurate and not misleading, and you keep it up to date, including cancellations and changes of time or place;
• you are solely responsible for the safety, conduct, security, supervision and wellbeing of everyone attending your event.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display the content you publish for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You may withdraw this licence by deleting the content.

The following are strictly forbidden anywhere on the platform:

• any content involving, depicting, sexualising or referencing a person under 18, real or simulated;
• non-consensual activity of any kind, including content published without the consent of everyone depicted;
• human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or any pressure on a person to participate;
• commercial sexual services where offering, advertising or facilitating them is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction;
• illegal drugs, or the sale, supply or promotion of controlled substances;
• violence, weapons or physical harm beyond consensual, negotiated, safe practice between informed adults;
• impersonation, stolen images, fake profiles, or misrepresenting who is organising an event;
• harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or publishing another person's private details;
• spam, scams, phishing, bulk unsolicited messaging, or manipulation of interest and attendance counts;
• anything else that is unlawful under applicable law, or that breaches our Community Guidelines.

Reports of content involving minors, non-consensual material, trafficking or coercion are escalated immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, refuse, edit, hide, unpublish or delete any listing, image, message or profile, restrict features, suspend or terminate any account, and retain records where the law requires it. We may act on a report, on our own initiative, or on instruction from a competent authority.

We have no general obligation to monitor content, and moderation does not make us the author or publisher of user content. Where we take action against your content, we inform you of the decision and the reasons where we are required to do so.

You decide for yourself which events to attend and whom to meet. You do so entirely at your own risk. We do not verify organisers, venues, guests, identities, ages beyond self declaration, health status, insurance, safety measures, or anything else described in a listing.

Meet others with care, tell someone you trust where you are going, respect consent at all times, and leave any situation that feels wrong. Interest and attendance counts shown on the platform are indicative only and never a guarantee that an event will take place or that any particular person will be present.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR Tradingservice B.V. is not liable for any damage arising from or connected to: the content, accuracy, safety, legality, quality or outcome of any listing or event; the conduct of any user, organiser, guest or third party, online or offline; the cancellation or alteration of an event; personal injury, illness, loss, theft or distress suffered before, during or after an event; loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euro, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence on our part, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

You indemnify and hold harmless MR Tradingservice B.V., its directors, employees and contractors against all claims, demands, proceedings, fines, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or connected to your listings, your content, your events, your conduct, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

We comply with valid legal requests from competent authorities and courts, and we operate a notice and action mechanism in line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act. To report illegal or infringing content, use the Report button on any listing, our report page, or email contact@sex-events.com.

A valid notice includes a substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal, the precise link to it, your contact details, and a good faith statement that your information is accurate and complete. We act on valid notices without undue delay.

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for everything done through your account. You may pause or delete your account at any time from your profile. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including warranties, indemnity and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process and why. Where you publish an event, you act as an independent controller for the personal data of your guests and are responsible for your own compliance with data protection law.

We may update these terms as the platform and the law evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where MR Tradingservice B.V. has its registered seat, unless a mandatory rule of law designates another court. Consumers retain any rights they have under mandatory law in their country of residence.
